Each owner of a Nocona Hills lot or home becomes a member of the Nocona Hills Owners Association and pays a $200 annual membership and maintenance fee that is due August 1st. With your dues paid, you become a "member in good standing" and can enjoy the following privileges:
 
  • Golf Course
  • Driving Range
  • Putting Green
  • Restaurant
  • Fishing
  • Swimming Pool
  • Smoke Signal
  • Campgrounds
  Currently there are no charges for access to these priviledges other than the $200 annual membership fee. The Nocona Hills Owners Association may, from time to time, find it necessary to increase the dues or institute charges for certain priviledges, subject to approval by vote of the individual property owners.
