Gated Entry

As you approach Nocona Hills Country Club and Residential Community the first thing you do is check in at the gate.

Here you are greeted by one of the residents that works for the Association. If you are a property owner they will acknowledge you and note that you are in the development. If you are a visitor, they will take your name and license number and ask who you are going to see. If they know that person isn't home or out of town, you won't be allowed in. Otherwise, they will give you a guest pass and open the gate for you to enter.

For a tour of the development, tell the gatekeeper you want to see Jim Atkinson or Golden Eagle Realty and you will be directed to the Golden Eagle office about 1/4 mile inside the gate, right on the main road. Jim or one of his associates will be happy to show you around and answer your questions.

Volunteer Fire Department

The volunteer fire department is operated as a separate non-profit organization. In addition to its fire fighting duties, it also provides a 24-hour emergency call service(911) supplying volunteer EMS personnel and other emergency services.

The volunteer fire department sponsers civic activities to raise money to support the department, with no actual expenses to the property owners.
