This lakeside development contains over 2000 lots on 1,465 rolling, wooded acres. There are lakeside lots, wooded lots and lots with a view, many on or near beautiful Lake Nocona. In addition to having access to Lake Nocona, the community boasts its own private, 50 acre fishing lake which also has lake front homesites. All lots are located on paved roads and have access to water, electricity and telephone service. There are over 30 miles of paved roads in the development.

Nocona Hills has its own water supply corporation, a volunteer Fire Department and the security of a gated entry. There is a 3000 foot landing strip with available lots for private hangers. Just inside the entry gate is a non-denominational church.

We also have a camp ground area with rest rooms and bathing facilities. Our 50 space RV parking area has water and electricity hookups for each space and boat ramps are nearby for water sports.

In addition, there is a privately owned and maintained 18-unit motel with very reasonable rates and facilities for family reunions and other group get-togethers.

Nocona Hills features a beautiful, challenging 18-hole golf course, with bent grass greens (some say the best in North Texas). We have an olympic size swimming pool and a clubhouse with a full service restaurant and bar facilities for the entertainment of members and their guests.

Originally developed in 1969, Nocona Hills was completed and turned over to the Nocona Hills Owners Association in 1975 and is now operated by a nine member board elected by the property owners.
